First Appointment Information

Your first appointment – What to expect

We will welcome you and listen attentively to your dental concerns. We will then complete a thorough oral examination that is focused on your chief complaint. Once we have diagnosed the extent of your concerns, we can formulate a treatment plan. Sometimes additional diagnostic materials may be required for the most comprehensive diagnosis.

We also advise you to try to obtain your most recent dental radiographs (x-rays) and any other related diagnostic materials that you might have, such as diagnostic casts, etc.

In order to fully provide our complete care, we request that you bring along your most current list of medications and dosages along with any other pertinent medical history information.

Should you have the benefit of dental insurance, please bring your current dental insurance card. While we are not providers to any specific plan, we will submit your charges to your dental insurance carrier as our courtesy to you.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our practice. We think that you will find your first visit and subsequent visits to be a pleasant one. We provide an inviting experience and our warm, friendly and personable staff are here to greet you and assist you in making your visits memorable. We take great pride in providing professional and personable care to each and every patient at our office.
